Risks and who it suits
Like any injection, treatment can cause temporary bruising, swelling, tenderness or asymmetry that may need a touch-up; infection and vascular problems are rare. It suits healthy adult men with realistic goals. It does not lengthen the erect penis — for that, a urology referral is the right path.
