As a Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Tapper, PhD, NP is an advanced-practice clinician authorized to diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications — including the full range of therapies offered at ReGenesis. The "Dr." title reflects his earned doctorate (PhD); he is not a medical doctor (MD).
